In der Stadtverordnetenversammlung am 4.10. wurde mehrheitlich einer Smart-City-Strategie zugestimmt, die im Hauptantrag die immer gleichen Potsdamer Zielrichtungen Verkehrswende und „Klimaschutz“ beinhalten – für eine Fördersumme von 14 Millionen Euro.
Dazu der Vorsitzende der AfD-Stadtfraktion, Chaled-Uwe Said:
„Seit 2 Jahren werden uns nun dieselben ideenlosen Inhalte für die sogenannte ‚Smart-City‘ präsentiert, die wie üblich in #Potsdam von grüner Verkehrs- und Klimaideologie durchsetzt sind. Wir haben mit unserem Änderungsantrag Forderungen eingebracht, die aktuell die Bürger mehr interessieren als der Füllstand ihrer Mülleimer – städtischer Schuldenstand, Belegungsstand der Asylheime, Verfügbarkeit von Wohnraum und kostenloser Parkplätze, Staumelder, Ortung von Wolfsrudeln. Den Hauptantrag haben wir abgelehnt, weil dafür 14 Millionen Euro Steuergelder rausgeworfenes Geld sind.
Fraglich ist nun nur, warum unser Änderungsantrag dazu nicht im Ratsinformationssystem erscheint, auch nicht im Ausschnitt des Sitzungsprotokolls die Einbringung und Abstimmung dazu aufgeführt wurde.“
