Wie die Stadtverwaltung in der AG Asyl am 5.10. mitteilte,
informierte das Ministerium des Inneren und Kommunales des Landes Brandenburg in einer Telefonkonferenz am 15.9.2021 über massiv angestiegene Grenzübertritte über die deutsch-polnische Grenze und von derzeit täglich bis zu 140 Personen in der Erstaufnahmeeinrichtung Eisenhüttenstadt.
Die Mehrzahl seien vor allem männliche, erwachsene Iraker, die z.B. über Belarus nach Polen und dann nach Brandenburg gelangen, im Fall von Belarus mutmaßlich mithilfe von staatlich organisierten Schleusungen.
Dazu der Vorsitzende der AfD-Stadtfraktion, Chaled-Uwe Said:
„Dass die Landesverwaltung ein zweites 2016 befürchtet und vor dem akuten Problem der massiv gestiegenen illegalen Migration
warnt, stimmt zunächst hoffnungsvoll.
Allerdings ist die Untätigkeit der Landesregierung Brandenburg handgreiflich und das Diktum, 2015 bzw. 2016 dürften sich nicht wiederholen, verkommt zur Farce.
Als Potsdamer besorgt einen der ungehinderte Zustrom von Migranten und vor allem, dass der Oberbürgermeister hier keine Priorität setzt.
Dessen Schwerpunkt liegt unverändert in der Betreuung von aus Seenot geretteten Asylanten und man fragt sich, ob die Landeshauptstadt temporär noch mehr Immobilien für die Unterbringung der Migranten kaufen oder teuer sanieren wird.“
