Die AfD-Stadtfraktion erinnert heute an den Volksaufstand gegen die Gewaltherrschaft der SED und für #Freiheit und #Demokratie vom #17Juni1953. Dazu der Fraktionsvorsitzende, Chaled-Uwe Said:
„Während für einen Antidemokraten noch gestern eine offizielle Erinnerungstafel durch die Landeshauptstadt #Potsdam aufgehängt wurde, die Stadt voll von geschichtspolitischen Relikten der 2. deutschen Diktatur ist, wird gleichzeitig die Erinnerung an den Volksaufstand vom 17. Juni 1953 kaum jenseits der ehemaligen Gefängnisse Lindenstraße und Leistikowstraße gepflegt. Aus fadenscheinigem Grund wurde 2020 unser Antrag auf ein Mahnmal im öffentlichen Straßenraum am ehemaligen RAW mit den Stimmen der dreimal umbenannten #SED abgelehnt. Peinlich für demokratische Parteien.“
